Great beaches &sports fishing. close to hip small city Red Bank. Highlands is a MIx of Million $ mansions, condos & summer retreats. Sit at the bar at a local restaurant & converse with a Wall street mogal, artist, beach bum, retired school teacher. newlyweds, or a summer tourist. You get the picture. A fun pleasant diverse bunch"
