This method of evaluation cannot touch the intangible qualities or benefits of smaller institution learning environments. The importance of small classroom interaction, personalized attention from involved educators that are proactive and enjoy doing what they do says it all. The educators do not get compensated enough for the amazing work they do with our kids and future generation. My kids have attended for over 7 years and look forward to going to school, never complain about schoolwork or tests, and enjoy great friendships with their peers. Idaho City Parents/Guardians and in between are a mix of working professionals that either commute to Boise or work from home. We all seek to give kids the proper environment to learn and glean basic core values that our larger school systems are lacking. Hard work, unwavering commitment to the task, respect for others and embracing some spirituality with conservative values is the recipe. To sum it up, we get the least amount of funding support, persevere in the face of adversity and still come out on top but only if you want it bad enough.
