Single family home with a spacious master bedroom. Large partially covered back deck and a fenced-in yard connected front and back. This 3 bed 2 bath home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just off of Rivermont Avenue. This is within walking distance(5 minutes) of Rookies, Rivermont Pizza, and Randolph College. It is also a 7-10 minute drive from downtown Lynchburg and Madison Heights. The original hardwood flooring, darkstained within recent years, is still shown throughout most of the house. Amenities include a new stove/oven combo, microwave, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer. I, as the owner and property manager, will live in Roanoke, about an hour away. I will be available to contact 8am-5pm for non-emergencies(email is best) and can make a visit on weekends and the occasional weekday.

Renters are responsible for electricity, gas, water/trash, and wifi. No smoking. One month's rent as deposit. 10 dollars a month for each pet(three max). Mowing, weed-eating, and tree trimming will be renters' responsibility.

    "This is an older neighborhood with great, solid homes mostly built in the 70’s and 80’s, and quite a few of them are being remodeled. Variety of ages of families. Some retirees, some middle-age families, and even younger families moving in. Though there aren’t sidewalks, the streets are wide and lots of walkers, children riding bikes, etc. Yards are beautiful with plenty of mature trees, deer, flowers, and well-maintained driveways. We love the elementary school around the corner, it’s a sweet little school!"

So you probably should get over that little detail. they have like 5 different schools in one city. I DON'T GET IT."

Downtown has done a lot to inspire the arts and has done a lot of renovations. I frequent many of the bars downtown and have never had a bad experience. Everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of places to park. There is a farmers market in town as well. "
