This is a single family home. No more than two adults and two children. Recent paint and floor coverings.
The home comes with a detached single car garage for $ 1850.00 per month on roughly one acre. If you have farm animals or horses, you can rent the additional optional acre with water and shelter for an additional $350.00 per month. We can accommodate your needs. Up to two horses. OUTDOOR dog preferred with extra $45 monthly fee and non refundable $350 pet fee. (Possible small under 25# interior dog, upon approval) Back yard is fenced with an area for a garden if you would like. Chickens ok.
Nice quiet home, just 15 minutes to Walmart and shopping in Falcon, 25 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs.

This is a non smoking and no drug property. Inside or outside

 No inside pets.(possible approved small dog). Approximately 30 minutes to downtown Colorado Springs. Tenant is responsible for all utilities which must be put into their name prior to moving in. ( some are paid to the landlord)
First, last and deposit required for move in. 1 or 2 year lease. Renters insurance required. No business can be run from the home. (Computer work is okay). There are several options for wifi connection, straight line of sight towers. All cell phones work crystal clear here. Fiber optic internet available.
