About this House

One of a kind property!!!!! Not many properties come on the market that go to the top of Table Mountain! There are two parcels - 5 acres at the road and 43 acres that go up the hill with some on the flat part of Table Mountain for a total of 48 acres. The A frame home sits on the lower level closer to Cherokee Road on it's own level pad where there is plenty of room to build a shop/garage. This A frame home was built by the owner from a kit. The living room, bathroom, kitchen and laundry room are on all on the first floor with the loft bedroom on the second floor. The front room has big windows and cathedral ceilings that let's the light in. A road to the top of the property on the flat part of Table Mountain, was put in by the owner. It needs new gravel on it but okay to drive very carefully with a four wheel drive. Property is very steep in places. The owner had put in a landing pad on the flat part of the property at the top of Table Mountain for his Gyrocopter. The views on the is property are tremendous. Valley views and water way views that extend to the coastal mountain range on clear days to Cherokee local views. You can see the mining operation fully from certain parts of this property as well.
