Vinyl plank flooring throughout, new fixtures, lighting, dish washer, garbage disposal, new refrigerator, 40 gallon water heater, central heat and ac. The bedroom is very large and can easily accommodate a King Mattress. Two massive walk in closets and a full laundry room. No smoking allowed inside this complex. Security deposit is $825 and first month's rent would be due at move in. The unit is cat friendly (up to 1) and there is a non refundable $150 pet deposit, and $30 a month pet fee. We are private local owners who handle maintenance requests quickly. We only show the unit to those who apply first. Feel free to message with questions you may have before applying.
