This is a private home sharing environment located in the Tide Mill Farms area of Hampton near Langley Air Force Base. The room rents for $775.00 per month. $300.00 Security Deposit. $40.00 Dollar Application Fee. The room will be available August 15th. The room will be shown based on appointment as scheduled. Please call or text for appointment stating preferred day and time. No appointments after 6pm. Appointment must be confirmed an hour prior to appointment time, and the home address will be given at that time. Amenities: Private Refrigerator, all utilities included, Free Wi-Fi, and a Ring Monitoring System. Three females currently live in the home. Shared Space: Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room and Backyard Deck. This is a large ranch style home, nice area, quiet and drug free. No drugs. No weapons/firearms. No pets under any circumstance. One vehicle per person. Cleanliness is Paramount. One year lease required. 120-day trial/probationary period for tenant and management. Public Transportation and Tide Mill Farms Shopping Center is located at the entry of the community offering Restaurants, Nail Spa, Hair Salon and Barber shop. Sentara Careplex, Langley Air Force Base, Peninsula Town Center (PTC), AMC 24 (Movies), and Boo Williams Sportsplex are located less than on mile from the community.
