At least the left side gate nearest the electrical panel needs to be kept unlocked for their access and use to maintain the back and side yard areas.

Only the Landlord can use the storage area in the rafters above for additional household materials; it is off limits to the tenant, outside the normally used garage area. The wooden gate on the left side (closest to the electrical panel) must be left unlocked. From time to time, the solar panel vendor service reps may need access to the electric panel to check on the operations of all and they unfortunately do not always give notice. It also needs to be left unlocked so landscaper can access back and side yard space areas for routine maintenance and upkeep, if gate is locked, the tenant may be held responsible for solar panel repairs, and landscaping upkeep.
A Renter's Insurance Policy will be required on behalf of the tenant/s residing in the home. And owners and/or management will be required to be listed as an additionally noted and/or insured on the policy.
Please note the owner or us as the mgmt. may require a few extra days before the scheduled move-in date for a final once-over cleaning and wipe-down detail of the home to be performed.
