Pets considered on a pet-by-pet basis. No aggressive breeds. Must get along with other dogs since the caretakers have a dog (backyards are divided with a large fence). Refundable pet deposit of $700 is required.

Refundable house deposit = $500
If you have a pet, the refundable $700 pet deposit will also be due as well.
