"Used to be amazing but getting worse by the day during the mornings. Boulevard is an absolute nightmare before 10am and not seeing things slow down as this is the main access to I-20"

"Restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and the Beltline are all easily accessible in the area. More entertainment options are being developed out including the Atlanta Dairies which will have an outdoor music area and an AMC theater complex both near the Bill Kennedy/Memorial Dr intersection."
