JOB HISTORY:
- Must be on job minimum of 6 months.
- Job must be verified by supervisor or HR representative or check stubs

INCOME:
- Gross income (before taxes) must be at least 4 x the rent amount. Pay is added together if you are a couple.
- Must be verified by current check stubs or another source.

    "I’ve lived in Lagrange for three years. Our neighborhood is towards West Point, quiet but out of the way. People speed down streets so there is no where to walk/ride a bike. It’s close to the lake and there are fun outdoor activities to do including fishing and hiking. "

Very active downtown development association. Wonderful Chamber of Commerce. Lots of family oriented activities happen downtown on the Square and at the sweet land amphitheater."
