The house is spacious and has a big deck as well as brand new insulated garage doors. Great area for schools. It has 4 bedrooms as follows: upstairs master bedroom with private bath, two bedrooms with bath on the hallway. There are very few stairs from main level to upstairs. On main it has kitchen, dining and living . In law suite is 3 steps lower than the main level and has access from living room as well as from the back for the ones who don't like stairs.
The in law suite has its own bath.
There is a new Ac unit only for upstairs which makes the electricity bill very low in the summer.
Washer and drier will be provided if needed. The house comes unfurnished.
Two house was recently painted.
Carpet in living was recently replaced with new flooring
