Two story home with furnished common areas, private bedrooms are unfurnished, large backyard, downstairs has common area half bath. Appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Some amenities include a high speed internet, and shared community pool access!

LOCATION:
South Austin, Vistas of Austin 5 min to major shopping complex (Southpark Meadows with HEB, Walmart, Target, endless fast food/restaurants, etc), 15-20 min to downtown, 15 min to airport, 15 min to McKinney Falls State Park, quick access to IH-35

TERMS:
Flexible with lease terms but longer leases are preferred, no pets, and no smoking

ABOUT:
Would love to have a drama free home where everyone gets along. Should be courteous and respectful to roommates and keep common areas clean.

The only downside is is sometimes the homeless population gets a little out of control and can be quite aggressive.
