Tenant would need to hook up PG&E, water and Propane Services in their name. Sewer and Garbage are included with rent. Renters insurance with a minimum of $300,000.00 liability is required.

    "There are no sidewalks here and most streets aren’t wide enough for two cars to pass. If you see a car coming the opposite direction somebody has to back up. The City does not haul yard waste away or remove downed trees limbs."
