The cabins are connected by a 15’x8’ storage building. They do not have a common wall.
They are currently being used as Airbnb’s. I have guests booked until mid June. I’m listed on Airbnb and Verbo. I’m still accepting bookings. You can take over the business or keep one and live in the other.
They stay booked year round. My guests are travel nurses, business folks with contracts, student internships, folks transferring from other states looking for a home, people building a house that need a temporary place to stay or grandma coming to wait for grand babies to be born. This is a much desired situation. My guests are awesome! I have an awesome cleaning lady that goes above and beyond the call of duty. She’s willing to stay on and work. We have kept the cabins in tip top shape. They are even nicer than the pictures allow.
We’re retiring and moving to Alabama and cannot keep doing this from so far away.
The cabins are 660 sf each. 16’x 40’.
Each has a front and back porch with 4 exterior outlets and exterior lighting.

Laundry/ utility closet has a full size washer and dryer with shark vacuum and brooms and mop.
Bedroom is 16’x 13’ with a 8’ closet.
King sized bed with all the linens and mattress protectors.
Cabin 1 has a 150 amp service panel
Cabin 2 has a 200 amp service panel
They both have SkyBell video doorbell cameras hardwired in.
There is also an arlo camera on the storage building.

Smart TVs mounted on the wall
I’m selling them with everything pictured..
All appliances, furniture, lamps, curtains fully stocked and ready to move into. They have dishes and silverware, bakeware and storage containers.
