I am a student at CU Boulder looking for a female roommate to share a two bedroom, one bath apartment (shared bath). Only 15 minutes from CU Boulder.
I am pretty mellow and chill, no-drama person. I'm somewhat outgoing and get along well with others but I do enjoy my quiet time by myself. While I am not a neat-freak, I am respectful of our shared space and will keep it tidy. When I'm not studying, I enjoy online gaming and love going to concerts (anything from Punk Rock & Metal to mellow EMO rock).
Ideal roommate: Females only. You should be respectful of our joint space and keep it clean. Although I am open to any age, I think we may 'vibe' better if you are around college age but it doesn't really have to be the case.
About your room: Right now the room is unfurnished but if needed; we can move in a bed. Monthly rent of $850 and will include rent and ALL utilities. The apt. complex has a workout room and pool, which is directly across from my unit. Quiet part of Broomfield close to tons of really good restaurants, shopping and fast food. King Soopers just a mile away. Trader Joes as well.
You will need to do a background check that will be included in the application fee of $50 paid by you and is non-refundable. Deposit of $250 on top of the first month's rent so total of $1125 will be needed to move in. I will require a 10 month lease agreement (ends Aug of 2026). While I am busy with school, I am having my Dad help with this process so you will hear from him instead of me. His name is Steve.
