"Not a bad neighborhood compared to the rest of Stockton. Sure crime is every where, just at a less degree at Morada. I often see families taking walks together, which is rare compared to the rest of town. My only complaint is the noise from HWY 99. Very convenient for commuters."

"the commute to down town by bus is unknown i take my car thats an east twelve minutes. so not too bad might take twenty by bus with three transfers"
