Application fee: $40
* Security deposit: 50% of 1st month's rent
* WSG (water/sewage/garbage) fee: $105/month for one person; $155/month for two people
* Cats and Dogs are welcome depending upon size and breed
- Pet deposit: 20% of 1st month's rent
- Pet rent: $25/month

My only complaint is that there is an excessive amount of speeding on a main road right next to my house & I have contacted the Bothell police NUMEROUS times over the years and they do Nothing about it. I fear it will take a fatal accident before they take action. Kirkland police seem to take traffic issues more seriously. "
