About this House

Empty Lot for your mobile home or tiny house. Our lots are open and spacious. This is a quiet well established neighborhood of 8. We are located just minutes to Riverview High School and Bell Creek Nature Preserve Trail. You have quick access to amenities on Boyette Rd, as well as I -75 if you need to commute.

Owner maintains for well water and sewer/septic. We will be onsite to help you get set up. Each tenant is responsible for their own TECO Electric Power and Lawn Maintenance.

Monthly Rent is $650. The lease period is one year initially, then month to month until further notification. Either Landlord or tenant can terminate this agreement with a 90 day notice.

Pets are allowed, one to two dogs under 75 pounds are. No more than 3 cats, ferrets, birds, reptiles or other animals are permitted. NO exotic pets. Pets must be friendly and non aggressive.

Annual registration must be maintained.
Renters insurance is not required, but strongly recommended.
