GREAT LOCATION, can walk to downtown Sonora, 4 blocks away from the Main Street. 2 bed, 2 bath duplex, upstairs unit, off street parking, large storage shed, central ac/heat, nice deck with private sitting area. Water, sewer and garbage paid. Wood floors, inside laundry. Please send message with more about yourself and job history and I can send you an application. I will be setting appointments to show the week after July 4th. I must have a filled out application before I will show it to you, to ensure as little traffic as possible for the current tenant. No dogs allowed. Cat is negotiable for a deposit and $25 a month rent increase. $1695 deposit. NOTE: I do have more pictures but because of size it wouldn't let me load them so I can text them upon request.
