6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a current college student, I have come to appreciate the education I got at CD. Nearly everyone in my classes now struggles with things like basic computer programming with excel, which is something I learned how to do in 6th grade. Sure, everyone thinks that they’re high school is bad or a nuisance when they’re there, but it’s clear to see the difference between the education I got compared to others. CD also has some very well known athletic programs, which some people may assume means we only focused on sports, but I can guarantee that nearly all of the athletes I was in classes with made classes a priority as well. I loved just about all of my teachers and I truly feel like they were passionate about teaching. I know I don’t speak for everyone, but I believe that CD has a great academic curriculum that prepares students to succeed in their future education and/or career.Other Review5mo ago - Linglestown El School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy granddaughter goes to this school and I myself work at another school district but I am so glad that she attends this elementary school. I was so impressed with her teacher this year. She has excelled leaps and bounds in this school. The principal has addressed immediately any problems that have taken place and they really do have and follow up on a no-bullying outlook at the school. The teachers seem to be there not just for a job but care and enjoy their jobs and wanting the children to learn. I am so glad she attends this school and have seen nothing but positive things demonstrated from the teachers and principal which makes it a positive for the kids to attend. And the kids therefore enjoy going and enjoy comradery with each other.Parent Review7y ago - Linglestown Middle School

"I'm checking new routes to and from home. To places to visit and new short cuts. Less traffic and easy to get to in short amout of time "

"Village knoll is dog friendly and has a small “dog park” but a few bad apples tend to spoil the bushel by not cleaning up, and there are a few single adult men with small yappy dogs who are allowed to behave poorly without any protest from the owners. The neighborhoods outside of village knoll are excellent dog walking territory. "

"Close to schools but also very good township parks. George park has Possibility Place accessible playground, ball fields, soccer fields, skate park and walking trail. Organized sports happen for kids there but also can be used by moms and dads with their kids as well. "

"I was worried about moving to this area because of the traffic on Route 22. Traffic has turned out to be a non-issue and we can get where we need to go quickly. Also, everything we need to get to is very closeby due to the concentration of businesses on Route 22."
