  • Meleda L. J.
"not really a lot for the kids to do in this area. The apparel stores are 30 to 45 minutes away other than that it's a great area to live in. "
  • Michael
"There are some nice areas and nice parks. But there are more not so nice areas that you need to use caution in. "
  • Cvineisha
"folks are friendly and look out for suspicious activity. some are kind an caring people do mine there business at time not all the time "
  • Aspuryear
"I love it cause it’s quiet and peaceful. Not too mention friendly. Seeing my neighbors walk their dogs and take walks to exercise is a great neighborhood. We also have neighborhood watch as well. "
  • Gary S.
"This neighborhood is a nice, quiet neighborhood. You are far enough out of the city for peace and quiet. But, you are within a short driving distance from shopping and restaurants. "
  • shedz8
"This area is very kid friendly, pet friendly, and close to quite a few amenities (Doctors' offices, restaurants, etc.)"
  • Elaine W.
"This is a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Seaford. A perfect place to start a family or down size. Neighbors take pride in their properties and all keep it looking good! It is an easy commute 20 minute to Salisbury, MD & Georgetown, DE."
  • bnich73
"I used to live at this residence. It is currently occupied by my ex spouse. She has decided its best to sell as it is still currently in both of our names. This home has many extras not listed on this website. It has a fenced-in back yard which I took pride in installing myself. The home also features a 16x20 shed with 60-amp service. The shed was also built by me on-site and is unlike other sheds that would be otherwise delivered. The kitchen has an upgraded white cast iron sink - a must see. I installed this as well. The lot on the right of the home is vacant and has been for sale since at least 2005. The owners of the lot live out of state and are not too concerned with selling it. It is a nice location in a quiet setting."
  • Meagon F.
"Nice and quiet area. Good starter area or for the family. Close to everything yet still in the country."
