"Halloween is awesome here! lots of kids and family come her and all the neighbors get very much into decorating and making it a great night for trick-or-treaters. Christmas here is incredible- people come from all over to see the light displays and neighbors hang out in their front yards to watch the festivities- lots of families walk the streets - very festive!"

"less than a 8 mile drive so it takes like 13 mins. most mornings there is no traffic until you get more than 20 miles outside of the city. most of the roads are well maintained. the road work by local agencies and CalTrans is almost always performed during the night hours."

A lot of neighbors are outside walking there dogs. & everyone living in this area varies in age. There is an HOA established. And the public pool is always a fun place during summer!
