    "Nice neighborhood, large yards and houses not too close. People are respectful and friendly. It’s clean and fairly well kept. Lots of park areas for kids and safe to walk the neighborhood or ride bikes, skateboards and such. We do tend to have more traffic through our street than normal since it’s easy to cut through but still feel safe. No issues in the four years living here. Sprouts and frys nearby as well as gas stations...a plus for us. "
