Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in good condition, including routine cleaning, replacing HVAC filters as needed, and reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Tenant must comply with all HOA rules and community guidelines.

The property is intended for residential use only. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home. Any alterations, modifications, or installations must receive prior written approval from the owner.

Lease term, renewal options, application requirements, and other conditions will be outlined in the final lease agreement.

Minimum 1 year lease required for first year. Future lease renewals are on a 6 month basis.
