Description
Welcome to Long Beach, one of the very best buildings to own on the Emerald Coast. Long Beach has more beach frontage than any other condominium, which allows you to have more room to yourself when enjoying the worlds most beautiful beaches. Buildings at Long Beach are only 14 stories tall, which allows you to avoid long elevator wait times. There are three pools at Long Beach, including a beautiful lagoon pool complete with a Tiki Bar that serves food and drinks. These are the main reasons why Long Beach three bedrooms are able to gross over $100,000 in rental income. Unit 406 comes heavily upgraded and is located on the highly desirable 4th floor. Upgrades include but aren't limited to, new wood panel ceilings, new cabinets, granite countertops, updated furniture and decor, remodeled laundry room, and much more. All three of the bedrooms are waterfront with direct access to a waterfront balcony. This truly is one of the most unique condos on the Emerald Coast.
