Our community pool and BBQ area is great for lounging and enjoying the Cali weather. Tennis courts, parks, shopping plazas, jogging/walking/biking trails are just minutes away.

Located right off the freeway, 4 miles from IVC and 7 miles from UCI. Amazon Fresh Store and 24 hour Fitness just a mile away.

This quiet neighborhood is perfect for any student or working professional seeking peace and solitude while being close enough to all the action.

$1400 a month rent (6 months lease term or longer).

Approximately $70-$100 Utilities per month. House cleaning service (about every other month) also provided.

Prefer someone who does not work from home 100%. Hybrid will be okay.

A parking garage spot is included.

Background check and proof of stable income or student registration required.
