About this House

Comfortable home in a well established neighborhood in highly desired Fox-Hill. The house is located on a cul-de-sac street and is in excellent condition and has always been well maintained. Last year the house received new carpet and LPV throughout.

The house has a good size family room with a dining area that opens up to the kitchen. Every window has mini-blinds. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

The house is close to nearby schools.

The house has central gas heat, gas hot water and central air conditioning. Trash pick-up is provided by the city of Hampton.

Parking can be in the driveway or on the street or in the garage which can accommodate 1 small car plus some lawn equipment.
