Both bedrooms also have lofts which access a private activity room on a third level of the house. On the south side of the house is a large deck for grilling and eating out, or just enjoying the long range view of Cold Mountain. A screened porch on the west side of the main floor is a perfect space for a morning coffee or tea. Some of the other green features are a geothermal heat pump, an induction range, no VOC paints and continuous whole house ventilation. Parking space is ample, and year-round access to the property is easy. A large fenced-in garden and a chicken coop on wheels are a short stroll from the back door.

All utilities are covered and the house is furnished. Lease is renewable and can range from 30 days to a full year.
