5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAt first I had a very bad impression, but I love the principal and the assistant principal they are awesome.this was the 1st school to take on an Autism child with my daughter's history and Even though she only gets 3 hours a day. Not many schools would risk this! I like it here now...Go Spartans.Other Review6y ago - Lake Forest High School

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has issues of smoking, drug users, and kids who disrupt the classroom setting. The sports are not great and some of the teachers are not agreeable. However, quite a lot of high schools experience problems similar to these. There will always be students who do not act the way they should, teachers that will not cooperate with students, and the quality of a sports team ultimately depends on the athletes. That being said, this school's positive points make up for what it lacks. A lot of the teachers are kind and teach their students a lot, and the coursework provided in each course is fitting for the class.Every high school has its flaws, and I would consider this school to be quite average. Although it is not the best school in the state, there are plenty of worse schools both in this state and in others that would be a much worse choice than Lake Forest High School. In case you, the reader, is wondering, as of January 2021 I am a junior who is attending LFHS as a hybrid student taking 3 honors and 1 AP class.Student Review3y ago - Lake Forest South Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI used to go to this school, and my first year there wasn't half bad. 6th Grade was actually the only good year in Middle School for me. After I got into 7th grade, there was profanity like 24/7. The kids there were acting like they were in South Park. And it only got worse in my 8th grade year. There was multiple fights every week. All the teachers barely thought anything too, I had to go to tutoring every other day because of how bad the teachers were teaching. And if you have mental problems with your life, they barely care. They basically tell you that you'll be fine and to just walk it off. There were also so many kids getting in trouble, too. There were multiple people kids getting ISS every week. I would not recommend this school.Other Review1mo ago - Check out schools near 105 Coleman St.

"Harrington rarely has any traffic so it’s easy to get in and out. Only problems Harrington has are parades if you like in town, the train, and fair traffic other that that it’s easy to get around."

"My neighborhood doesn’t have adequate access to transportation so if you don’t have a car it’s very hard to get to your destination "

"The commute is okay, it’s an easy 10 min drive to Milford , however, an unnecessary chunk of time is wasted when getting out of any neighborhood in Harrington to get to the highway due to short roads, 25 mph speed limits, multiple multiple turn after turn, stop, press gas, stop, turn and again. There are no straight to the highway access roads and 60 % of the time the train slowly passes thru & it is never any less than a 10 minute wait. "

"Harrington has local shopping and a short drive North to Dover has malls. This small city also offers Harrington Raceway and Casino and the annual Delaware State Fair. A short drive South to some of the areas best beaches, boardwalks and outlet shopping, all tax-free!"
