We are 10 minutes from downtown and the University and only 6 minutes away from Tucson Racquet Club, located midtown near 1st Avenue and Roger. Trader Joe's is 1 mile, Sprouts is mile, and Fry's is 3 blocks away. Bus route on Roger Road is 1 block away. Short term leases with month to month acceptable. Deposit negotiable according to length of stay.

There is a shared Infra-red sauna in the back yard under car port.
No Smoking inside. There is a carport outside (with furniture) where smoking is acceptable.

    "I'm not a dog owner but I do live with a dog park right in my front yard and it's pretty obvious they would like it because nobody picks up after their dogs. Well there are some Good Samaritans with dogs that pick up after other dogs but most of them do not and I am bothered by flies constantly!"

I would not go walking around outside of my complex after Dark by no means. 100% this is not a safe neighborhood."
