"The majority of neighbors are nice and care for their homes. This is the 4 community I have lived in the Charlotte area. "
  • Trulia User
"I have lived here for five years, and the area has gone downhill. There is a constant smell of marijuana everywhere and the crime has gotten worse. Loud music is played at all hours of the day. Trash covers the sides of the roads, and we hear gunfire on a regular basis. Will be glad to get out of the area. We do not feel safe in this area, and haven’t felt safe for a long time leading up to now. Schools for this area are the lowest performing schools in Charlotte."
  • Trulia User
"Lots of dining options are available in the area. Diverse community. Lots of students with UNCC and Central Piedmont Community College campuses nearby."
  • Isabel C. M.
"To still keep an eye on kids no matter how safe the area is because people from other neighborhoods could come and harm your kids, so be careful."
  • Jordan M.
"ubering everyday until I get a car. just not very directly accessible to public transportation though it's close enough to uber to the train"
  • MzLaLa70
