The Garden Isle Estates community is located one mile north of Valley River Center off of Goodpasture Island Road at the intersection of Darlene Lane. Our community is a small loop of homes that is fenced on all four sides and has no cross traffic. We are surrounded by the Delta Ponds natural area and have easy access to the Willamette River trail system. LTD bus service and fire/life safety services are only about two blocks away. This is a very convenient location. I apologize for not having interior photos the home is currently occupied please do not disturb resident.

Terms & Conditions.

Resident pays for all utilities (water, sewer, electric, natural gas and trash). Water for irrigation of the yard is paid for by resident.

Lawncare for front and back yards is included in the rent.

Resident shall maintain renter?s insurance in the amount of at least $100,000 per occurrence is required for this property.

No storage of travel trailers, motorhomes, utility trailers, commercially marked vehicles, campers etc. is allowed on-site. If you have vehicles other than standard cars and pickups and/or you intend on parking in spots other than the garage or driveway, please disclose at time of application to rent.

Free-standing basketball hoops, swimming pools, trampolines, swing sets are not permitted.

All vehicles of residents and their guests must have functioning Original Equipment Manufacturer exhaust systems.

No smoking allowed in the home or garage. Considerate smoking is allowed outside so long as it does not disturb the neighboring residents.

Animals:
Pets are allowed in select homes subject to prior management approval. ( Non-pet animals subject to ADA /HUD rules are allowed in all homes subject to documentation and approval of valid Reasonable Accommodation Request.)

Cats are to be kept indoors only.

Dogs: Dogs measuring 15-inches and less at the shoulder may be allowed. Dogs are to be kept indoors. Dogs may be allowed in resident?s yards so long as resident is present. Dogs are to on leash and under the resident?s control any time they are in common areas.
