Tenants may establish access to use of all Sun Lakes Country Clubs' amenities. Close to all stores, banks,dining, and medical facilities. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. 2 car maximum allowed. Off street parking

Landlord requires deposit and full rent paid through 10/31/26 before move in. Landlord also requires that a Zillow rental application is completed by all who occupy the home.

Tenants establish their own power account with SRP before move in.

1 Occupant must be 40+ years of age. Limit two tenants. No occupants under 20 years.

An amenity fee (250.00) is required to obtain Renters' cards for those who wish to use the Sun Lakes the country clubs' facilities. This fee covers 2 people for the entire rental period.

All Country Club amenities are available to the tenants. One tenant must be 40 yrs of age and no one under 19 (Per HOA rules).

If tenants desire to use Sun Lakes' amenities, a fee can be paid at the HOA office. This temporary pass covers up to 2 persons.

Landlord submits application to HOA for the rental membership cards.

Move Out Cleaning fee 200.00 to be deducted from deposit.

No smoking no pets. No persons under 19 per HOA rules. Limit 2 persons for the home.
