Clean, lower-level duplex in desirable area of Spokane Valley. Close to bus lines, stores, restaurants and services. Approximately 900 square feet of finished and unfinished storage room. This is a one bed, one bath, with office. The office is a legal second bedroom with closet and egress window. It is just small, so I advertise as an office. In unit washer and dryer provided. Outside concrete patio. Landlord pays water/sewer, tenant pays electric and garbage. One car carport goes with this unit. First and deposit ($1,000) required at move in. Prefer no pets, but open to discussion with additional pet rental fee. Application and screening fee is $50 per person 18 or older. I will credit one $50 application fee towards first month rent for successful applicant who follows through with screening and signing of lease.

    "Move here in June of 23. I am quite a senior citizen...very, very nice. To my surprise, many seniors live here. Everyone says hello. Mgt goes out of their way to keep you informed and has pleasant surprises in the lobby. A couple of maint on the grounds all day. No loud cars, immature tenants, etc. If a 1br ap is available first floor with the C - C-Trail just feet away..Take in no matter the price, rent it...to die for. The Gym, really nice. A lot of families with children...Perfect! Dog park is always used, all dogs are on a leash. Yup...5 Stars, well done. Mack Foss"

    "Our access to main arterial is really very good. From where I live the commute to south hill is taking me about 30 minutes. It is worth it to be away from the city. If you try and avoid peak traffic times things go pretty smoothly. "
