Single-level home with a comfortable bedroom featuring a custom closet system that's thoughtfully designed for organization. The hallway bathroom serves as your primary bathroom for daily routines and storage, and also doubles as the guest bathroom when friends visit. Shared spaces include a fully equipped open-concept kitchen and living room with all major appliances. The large patio and backyard feature a pool, fire pit, and BBQ (shared with Airbnb guests in the attached casita at times). All utilities and internet are included. Parking available in the driveway or free street parking.

Minimum 12 months. All utilities and internet included in base rent. $300 due at signing ($200 refundable security deposit + $100 non-refundable cleaning fee). Room is unfurnished or partially furnished; fully furnished option available for $1,250/month. No smoking inside. Pets considered case-by-case. Partners welcome to stay overnight, with reasonable frequency (roughly 3 nights/week max). No subletting. Background check, references, and proof of income required before signing.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."

Also, at times there are coyotes about. Most of the time they run. Away from people, but I imagine owners with small dogs might feel a bit nervous to see one. "
