We take care of a dozen neighboring homes, so we're able to tend to issues in a timely manner.
Move-in Costs:
$1500 refundable security deposit, first and last months' rent, plus a refundable pet deposit (if applicable)
No application fee. Instead, the applicant provides their own "Premium" screening from TenantAlert (Please do NOT use the application portal through the website. We will provide you with our own application and instructions for ordering the tenant screening after you view the home.)
This is available for a one-year lease only.
We can usually do showings any day of the week except Sundays. The times vary each day, in order to accommodate the current residents' schedules, but we'll find a time that works well for you.
If you have any questions, give me a call (and leave a voicemail if you want a call back) or shoot me a text. And if you meet the criteria--income 3x the rent, stable employment, stable residency history, good credit score, ability to pay the move-in costs--we'll schedule a time for you to view it.
