- Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.
Applicant must be a non-smoker.
- Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. All prospective tenants must complete an application.
- One dog or cat may be permitted (up to 50 lbs). A pet is subject to $30 per month pet rent and a non-refundable $300 Pet Fee.
- Applicants who do not meet minimum screening standards will not be approved.
