Our house is 3 years old, and we have developed a strong connection with it. Since we've moved into a larger home, we've decided to rent this one out. The location is great, with Costco, an Indian store, and the Beaver Creek shopping complex all very close by.

House is very well maintained with a deep cleaning services taken for every month.
Also, the neighborhood is great with mix population and also school district is quite an impressive one.

The amenities that include are swimming pool, visitors parking services, definitely pet friendly neighborhood with sidewalks in it.

The lease duration is 1 year. If any damage occurs, the renter will be responsible. A deposit equal to one month's rent will be collected in advance. Rent must be paid on the 1st of every month, and only one pet is allowed. Proper maintenance of the property is required.

Kids ride their bicycles and play with their friends after school and on the weekends, our neighbors are friendly and we’re located so conveniently to HWY 1 (goes to Raleigh, Cary), shopping, dining and downtown Apex.
