There is a large indoor laundry room with both gas and electric hookups. There is Central Heat and A/C, and also a fireplace. There are ceiling fans throughout. This house has no garage but a large storage shed in the backyard. The property is fully fenced, and is great for kids to play or pets to run. There is a large covered patio and a nice big shade tree. The living room is very large. There is a covered porch on the front of the house. There are blinds on every window. House is in a very good school district. This house is available now. A good credit report is required, however, a foreclosure or short sale on your report is acceptable. Applicants must have a proportionate income and rental history. Evictions and poor applications will not be accepted. Pets are ok. Dogs require a $300 pet deposit. No aggressive breeds allowed. No section 8. Tenant pays for electricity, gas, water, and trash. Minimum 1year lease but would like a long term tenant. With an accepted application, I will hold the house for up to one month, for no charge, with a deposit. Feel free to look inside windows, the blinds are open.
