6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI move to the piper area about 3 years ago, when my boys were in the 1st & 3rd grade, and I really felt like my kids got the best attention. The teachers really care about the students which makes a difference in how the students respond to the school work. "I’ve lived here for a year. It’s relatively safe. Really haven’t had any issues. You get a lot of med students, nursing students who live in the area and attend KUMC. Houses could be nicer, but that’s KCK. "
