This house is in the Grade A neighborhood of Orange Estates in north Downey. Home has a nice manicured front yard with landscape lighting. Plenty of parking and walking distance to Furman park, and blue ribbon K - 12 schools .

There will be a 6 month lease and then month to month. Tenant pays for all utilities. Owner pays for Gardner. tenant will have to purchase renter's insurance at their cost, around $20 a month. Home is wired with ring cameras and doorbell. Tenant just has to set up an account which is about $100 a year if they want fire and police monitoring. Tenant family must make about 2 1/2 times the rent in gross monthly income and have good to great credit. There are no dogs or cats allowed. There is no smoking allowed in the home.     "Lots of dog poop on side walks and front yards because lots of dog owners don’t think they have to pick up after there dogs or there are some dog owners in the neighborhood that let their dogs run loose in the neighborhood and there dog poops on neighbors yards and they don’t pick it up.
