About this House

This is the home to settle into for creating treasured moments! So cozy! 1.25 acres. Quiet mountain views make this home worth it on it's own. Charming character inside while surrounded by the beauty of the Superstitions outside. Close to all the conveniences of town. For the horse lovers, the arena is close by. Two master bedrooms. Third bedroom is small, probably best used as an office or craft room but does have a closet. The wood burning fireplace in the living room is very homey. Kitchen was remodeled in 2005 with stainless steel appliances and wait until you see the oven! The roof is new just as of July! Hot water heater replaced in 2005. A/C is still under warranty. New flooring. Water well has new pressure tank July 2012 and is private. Not shared with any other property!
