6. Each applicant over the age of 18 who will be living in the home is required to complete a separate application with a $42 fee per adult and the background/credit/eviction history check (link will be provided after meeting in person).
7. Excellent rental history the must! , plus net income 3 times monthly rent to be verified.
8. Photo ID and paycheck stubs must be submitted upon application.
9. First, last and security deposit have to be submitted before a move-in with signing a lease agreement.
