Each floor has secure bike parking as well, near the elevator and stairwell doors.
Tenants are responsible for electric through EWEB and pay a discounted rate of $44 monthly for high speed fiber internet that is built into the apartment as part of a bulk agreement. Parking is an additional $45 per month if a spot is available.
