House is located in the best parts of Mitchell and close to restaurants, churches and the bank. We have done this for others. We are just looking for folks that are in the same position that we were in many years ago when no-one would loan us any money or trust us. . .. But we turned out to be trustworthy and paid off the house, and now we want to do the same Details: House is located at 103 W Vine Street, Mitchell. (Corner of W Vine St. & 1st Street) Right here in town. Close to everything, schools, shopping, stores, etc.... . . City water, city sewer, natural gas and electric. No hassles. Large yard (really nice yard) with Nice lot. This is a straight out sale, no gimmicks. Me and the wife offering on contract.(carry the mortgage). Feel free to check out the home, peek thru the windows, and walk the property. I have signs that I just put out in the front yard for folks driving by so you should be able to find it easy. NOTE: Some folks have offered to 'Lease to Own' and 'Buy Outright' or 'Rent to Own'. . .. And I am open to that, but I don't want to be a landlord. This will be your home. You have all of the joys of owning a home as well as the responsibilities, taxes, insurance. Must have a good income/ job and be able to make this house payment. Most are offering a reasonable down payment. Some more, some less. We understand not everybody has great credit, and neither did we when we bought our house. . . We could never buy a home if it was based on credit alone. Things happen. And things happened to us. Please reply to this add.     "we commute to our jobs which are out of town. Mitchell is a small town..no taxi and bus is provided by a federal grant to seniors and handicapped persons. No bike paths although some sidewalks are much improved. "
