Happy New Year and welcome to 103 Train Dr. The seller has updated all the bigger ticket items and left the cosmetic touches for the new buyer to do to make this home theirs (seller is offering a $3000 carpet and paint allowance to the buyer). There is a 220 amp service in the garage for the mechanical enthusiast. Gable Vents were installed with a temperature controlled exhaust fan to keep energy bills down. A relatively newer 15ft x 30ft deck was installed on the back of the home as well as newer French doors. One more great renovation was the guest full bathroom was just remodeled 2 weeks ago with newly tiled floor and a tiled shower and a new vanity. This one-story home features an oversized family room with a gas log fireplace, an eat-in kitchen and a dining room (recently used as a flex space) plus a functional wet-bar. The back yard is completely fenced-in with a wood privacy fence and the garage is oversized (more like a 2 Ã,½ car garage). You are going to love the extended driveway which can easily park 6 cars.
