About this House

Convenient location just off of Exit 19 on I-81 (less than 1 mile from the interstate).

Close to the new hospital, shopping, pharmacies, restaurants, and schools.

Do NOT call to schedule a viewing. We are unable to accept voice messages (due to Spammers). The best and fastest way to contact us is via an application on Zillow.

We are only able to respond to prospective Tenants who have submitted an application. This is for your benefit as well. Even if you do not become a Tenant of ours, I promise that any other Landlord would be thrilled to have a Tenant that is taking the initiative to pre-fill and submit an application.

Units are located in an HOA and HOA fees are paid by the Landlord! Utilites are NOT included in the rent. First and lasts month's rent and a security deposit of $2,000 each are due at lease signing. This is a very well kept and quiet neighborhood.

This unit offers over 2,300 square feet of living space. There are 4 bedrooms with a potential 5th bedroom on the garage level (no window). The units feature 2 full bathrooms with dual vanities that are separated from the shower and toilet. There is a half bath on the garage level with a mud room sink and a washer and dryer hookup. Washer and dryer are NOT provided, just the hook-ups in the laundry room are there.

The spacious garage offers front to back parking for two cars, or you can park one car and have plenty of storage space remaining.

These units are non-smoking, but pets are allowed on an "as-approved" basis. Obviously, we'll need to know if you have a goldfish, or a dog, or three Burmese pythons! Haha. A non-refundable pet fee will be required and it will be somewhere between $150 to $300 depending on the pet.

Tenant pays for utilities, Landlord pays HOA fees. Tenant will need to pass a background/credit check.

Do NOT call. Please read full description below. Thanks!

"I have lived here in this town all my life. It's a busy town with a lot of historical places and events. The public transit is a great way to get where you need to go as long as it's in the town limits. For the most part the neighbors are friendly and businesses continue to grow. We have a excellent public library and many great schools which are safe. If you are not a resident at least come for a visit. I feel lucky to be able to say how much I love this area and am able to pass it on to the public of what a great town this truly is."
  • Christopher Robin H.
"*very* historic. southern hospitality, aged like fine bourbon. the architecture and history alone should draw one here. like someone took pages from a story book and coagulated them into an IV drip. Virginia's left-leaning policies mixed with a(n) historic neighborhood way of life. All the amenities one would expect from an old/new town. up and coming/old-world mixture of staple, country way if life vane wave capitalism. Close enl8gjt to the border(s) of several main hubs that it's location is ideal as f[expletive]."
  • Nicole M.
"Walking their dog around the streets. The shade provided from trees along the streets. The people that you meet along the way. "
  • Janie S.
"Minimal. Retired. Travel at leisure to stores, church and visits. Easy commutes. Good roads. Flat. Scenic. "
