    "I commute to shingle springs which is a quick 15 minutes. I dint have to get in a freeway but that is an option if needed. Neighborhood is clean, mostly quiet excel for occasional party. Most people pick up after their dogs there are the few exceptions. Kids are safe in the neighborhood & great schools. "

    "The commute to town town is pretty easy. There are some areas that bottle neck up but then opens up. People drive in the fast lane as if it is the slow lane.     "Busy!! The freeway has a lot of traffic coming from up the hill, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park and Placerville. There will be about 30,000 new homes built in Folsom. There is no way the freeway can handle that much traffic. It will be insane. "
