About this House

Super cute, single family home with huge fenced in back yard for your pets to run and play, located in kilgore ISD close to lake Cherokee. This house was renovated about 2 years ago. It has a brand new metal galvalum roof, new granite kitchen countertops, and new paint in every room. The new vinyl plank floor is very nice and also very durable so any pets you may have will not scratch it. The master bedroom features a vanity that is part of the bedroom with a huge walk in closet. Both of the spare bedrooms also have walk in closets, with one being bigger than the other. The living room has a very nice and newly painted brick fireplace with a place to hang the tv right above. Dish washer, microwave and range/oven will be sold with the house. Microwave and dishwasher are only 2 years old.
